Detailed Product Description
Our factory has been a joint venture enterprise with an industry leading company from the U.S since 1996. The products are tested according to IPC standards, and are RoHS and/or UL compliant. Products have been supplied to world-renowned flexible PCB manufacturers with excellent reputations. The specifications of coverlay are:
1. Coverlay of Polyester Film with Adhesive
PET (PEN) Film Thickness: 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 5.0mils (0.025, 0.050, 0.075, 0.100, 0.125mm) etc.
Adhesive Thickness: 0.5~2.0 mils (0.0125~0.050mm)
Adhesive Type: Halogen free or Flame Retardant & RoHS
Release Liner: Release paper or PP film
2. Coverlay of Polyimide Film with Adhesive
PI Film Thickness: 0.5, 1.0, 2.0, mils (0.0125, 0.025, 0.050mm) etc
Adhesive Thickness: 0.5~2.0 mils (0.0125~0.050mm)
Adhesive Type: Halogen free or Flame Retardant & RoHS
Release Liner: Release paper or PP film
